As a live-long cook with celiac disease, I will be happy to talk/text/email with anyone in the class about safely preparing and serving gluten free foods for friends, family and the public. For me, eating gluten-free is not about being trendy, it's about successfully managing a disease with the right diet, and enjoying good food, too!
