Each display was hand-drawn and cut from sustainably formed birch plywood. The wood has been cut, sanded, and sealed to keep it looking good for a long time. Each design has various holes cut out making it ideal to display your earrings in many ways!

These Japanese Traditional Pattern Coasters are inspired by the traditional Asanoha. The pattern has been used by the Heian Era and its combination of triangles are a display of beauty and strength and used as protection against evil. The pattern is recreated in a kumiko-style laser-cut coaster made from Baltic Birch.
The original mosaics by Sarah Kennedy include figures and symbols influenced by many visits to petroglyph sites in Arizona and across the southwest. This work is intended to capture the energy, mystery, beauty and story depicted at these sites.
