The Customer Discovery Workshop and the accompanying Customer Canvas will give you the tools you need to get laser-focused on exactly who your customer is and how you can serve them to ultimately succeed in your business. This course is ideal for companies at any stage looking to better understand their ideal customer and how to sell their solution to them. With a more in-depth understanding of their customer's emotions and vocabulary they will be able to strengthen their sales copy to drive more sales in their business.

Here’s What You Will Learn

In the customer Discovery Workshop, you'll learn to:

  • Define and find the right ideal customer for your business.
  • Save time by disqualifying the markets that won't ever need your services.
  • Create customer archetypes so they feel like you know them and their problems better than they know themselves.
  • Find where your customers hang out online and off. By understanding their burning problems, pains, and desires you'll learn to strengthen your sales copy to increase your revenue.
  • Conduct customer interviews like a rockstar so that you fully understand their hopes and dreams and how you can serve them better.

This course will be held in one two-hour sessions using an online platform. We will let you know when the course has filled and schedule it with plenty of advanced notice (about 4 weeks) so that you can plan accordingly.
