EOS 101: Positioning your Company and your Team for Operational Excellence

Participants will leave the session with clarity and the ability to immediately impact their organizations Six Key Components using the EOS Foundational Tools™.

This course is ideal for companies in the growth stage who appreciate systems, standardization and want to scale. It will be limited to companies that are really contemplating their values and their vision and are ready to build an actionable plan. Especially a good fit for companies that have a team in place already. If you feel like you are herding cats or efforts are being diluted across your team, this is a great course for you.

Here’s What You Will Learn

Participants will:

• Learn the EOS Model and Process and an overview of the tools and concepts to build an enduring brand that can scale and grow.

The course will be held in two parts, two hours each, on weekday evenings to be determined upon scheduling of the class. We will let you know when the course has filled and schedule it with plenty of advanced notice (about 4 weeks) so that you can plan accordingly.
