About the Workshops
Build to Grow Workshops are advanced, hands-on intensives designed to help founders tackle specific growth challenges head-on.
Unlike traditional lectures, these workshops are built for implementation, not inspiration — guiding participants through practical steps to solve real problems inside their businesses.
Each workshop combines expert instruction, personalized mentorship, and structured accountability to help you move from “I should fix that” to “it’s done.”
How It Works
Each workshop runs in two sessions over two to three weeks, blending instruction, implementation, and feedback.
Session 1: Learn + Apply
A deep dive into the topic with an expert facilitator, followed by guided work time and peer discussion to begin applying what you’ve learned.
Between Sessions: Implementation Support
Participants complete short, targeted action steps and get access to optional virtual office hours for live feedback.
Session 2: Refine + Receive Feedback
Reconnect with mentors and peers to share progress, troubleshoot challenges, and leave with a refined, actionable plan.
