In order to take the class, you must have materials prepared and steps completed (below).
Using proven research, we will help you to identify your target market customer, create a customer avatar to help you narrow in on the best way to connect with your customer and develop the beginning stages of your marketing plan.
When you leave this class, you will have a clear sense of who your customers really are, how to connect with them, and conduct customer interviews. You will also leave with a clear understanding of how to research your total market addressable market. This class is packed with all the tools you need to take you to the next step in creating or pivoting to a successful sustainable business.
After completing Lab 103 you are encouraged to take our roadmap to continue to develop your new business or sharpening up your skills for your current business.

Pre-requisite: You must have completed Startup Labs 101 in order to take this class, we recommend that you also have 102 completed. You must have talked to 10 new customers since your last class and completed the homework.
