What to Expect
GROW is structured for real progress — not just reflection. Founders move through a guided six-month journey that balances flexibility with accountability.
Here’s how it works:

Kickoff & Self-Assessment: Complete a diagnostic to identify your strengths, challenges, and growth priorities.

Initial Coaching Session: Review your results with Startup Tucson’s team and create a targeted 90-day action plan.

Mentor Sprint (2–3 Months): Get paired with an expert mentor for focused, hands-on support in your priority area (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, leadership).

Check-Ins & Accountability: Stay on track with structured tools, check-ins, and support from the Startup Tucson team.

New Focus Area: After each sprint, set new goals and work with another mentor for continued growth.

Optional Workshops: Access targeted Build-to-Grow workshops to deepen skills in key business areas.
