This full-day training will teach your team (or just you) how to understand and implement Agile project management principles into your business. In this interactive, hands-on course, you will practice simple tools and strategies that once implemented, will allow your business to become leaner, smarter, and more efficient in reaching your goals.

The Agile process offers with it consistent opportunities to learn and iterate, collaborative troubleshooting techniques based on team and stakeholder feedback, and proven prioritization features. Overall Agile empowers team members to work creatively and effectively.
You can attend this training with team members or as an individual. The training will include multiple hand-on activities and will immerse you in the Agile process and leave you with tools you can take away and implement directly into your business. Originally from New Jersey, Darrell move to Arizona ten years ago with his wife and two children. During his career, Darrell has been a stock broker, a project manager for Siemens, a martial arts instructor, a high school teacher and now does business development. Darrell has a BS in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and masters degrees from Rider University and the University of Cincinnati.
