Women in Tech + Business Working Session

In the wake of COVID women have been leaving the workforce at a high rate (1 in 4 reducing or downshifting), especially impacted are women of color in tech. This reversal of previous upward trends may have a lasting impact on gender equality and women in leadership in tech and business.
