When you boil it all down, eCommerce is about making consumers aware of your online store, convincing them to convert, and reminding them to purchase again. This course is an overview of major topics that can sometimes trip up startup founders as they launch eCommerce products. Sessions will include interviews, tips and tricks with national and local subject matter experts, as well as homework, reflection questions, opportunities to measure and track the knowledge you are gaining, as well as suggestions for additional resources and reading for ongoing learning.
