TENWEST IMPACT FESTIVAL
Our flagship celebration of innovation, culture, and impact. TENWEST unites founders, creatives, and community leaders for a week of experiences, conversations, and showcases that elevate Southern Arizona on the national stage.
Whether you're just starting or scaling, this is where connections are made, partnerships are formed, and bold ideas find a platform.
TENWEST Connects (formerly Startup Drinks)
A bi-monthly meetup bringing TENWEST energy year-round. Entrepreneurs, mentors, and ecosystem allies gather for casual networking, founder spotlights (like the Made in Arizona series), and insider previews of the innovation shaping Tucson.
Whether you're new to the community or a longtime contributor, TENWEST Connects is your place to plug in and build relationships that matter.

Startup SIPS: A Startup Social
No pitches, no pressure—just caffeine, community, and conversation. Held in creative venues across the city, SIPS is a laid-back gathering where entrepreneurs, creatives, and startup-curious folks connect over coffee.
Each event offers space for brainstorming, sharing wins, and occasionally learning from a featured guest—ideal for sparking collaboration and recharging your entrepreneurial energy.

EntrepreNEW Year’s Party
Our annual rooftop celebration with CIC kicks off the year with style, intention, and plenty of sequins. It’s a chance to honor collective progress, toast bold futures, and connect with Tucson’s vibrant network of founders, funders, mentors, and ecosystem champions.
This event brings together all corners of our community to celebrate the momentum of the year ahead.
