Program manager - CLOSED

For this role, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate multiple Startup Tucson educational programs. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome and best serve our entrepreneurial community. The Program Manager will work directly with multiple types and stages of entrepreneurs to help guide them in their process to launch a business using the tools and curriculum developed by Startup Tucson. They will also help to develop additional tools and programs to meet unserved needs, including the drafting of future grant and fundraising proposals. This is a full-time salaried, in-person position.

Office & Events Assistant - CLOSED

For this role, we are seeking a part-time Office and Events Assistant to support our organization serving entrepreneurs and meeting its goals. You will excel in this role if you are detail oriented, thorough, organized, and great at anticipating and addressing problems in real time. This role is composed of two parts: Office and Team Assistance and Event Support. This is a part-time, in-person hourly position.

We are on the lookout for people that are excited by our mission and vision and eager to serve entrepreneurs and contribute to the innovation ecosystem. We can often be open to flexible arrangements with part-time, full-time, seasonal, and potential contract options available for a candidates that are the right fit to meet our entrepreneur and program needs.

Startup Tucson is often seeking people with the following areas of interest/expertise:​

  • Entrepreneurial support and program management experience in the following areas​

    • E-Commerce

    • Product development

    • Access to Capital including alternative sources

    • Investor training

    • Marketing 

  • Mentorship and teaching support for the same categories as above​

  • Corporate sponsorships and development support

  • Event and facilities management

  • Organizational marketing support
