Eligible remote workers who are selected for the program will receive cash, exclusive benefits & perks, and moving assistance, as well as direct connections with community ambassadors to help welcome you to our city.  


We are inviting national talent to consider Tucson as the ideal place to work remotely. 

In addition to being a beautiful up-and-coming cultural hot-spot, a growing innovation hub, and paradise for outdoors living, Tucson offers a lot of bang for your buck.

To be considered for the Remote Tucson program, we ask that applicants meet all eligibility requirements: 


  • Be currently residing outside of Tucson and be able to move to Tucson within 6 months of being accepted 

  • Full-time remote employment outside Tucson and Pima County

  • 18+ Years Old

  • Eligible to work in United States

  • Can demonstrate an income of $65k or more
